You will select someone who has reached a goal in life through the Thinking and Academic Success Skills of effort, persistence, and motivation. This person’s accomplishment should have contributed to changing his or her community and the way society views the world. TASS:

First, we will follow AGOPPE as a class. William Kamkwamba is an individual who has shown effort, motivation, and persistence to accomplish a goal. After asking researchable questions about him, we will read the biography, The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind, and watch a video interview with William.
